Early November

We've had our first big snow fall and it's now a warm day when it hits over 40 degrees.  We're also losing over 5 minutes of daylight per day and with the time change last week, sunrise is about 9am and sunset is close to 5pm.  What that means for me: I don't have to wake up early for the sunrises!

Anyways, we brushed the dust off our cross-country skis and took advantage of the new snow.  Mako was loving the soft, poofy snow until it became too deep and stuck to her on our trip out to Turnagain Pass.  Then yesterday all three of us treked out to Portage for a short ski before the weekend light faded.  I'm sure there will be plenty for photos like these coming up this winter...
